Shipping Policy
We ship our fragrances across Pakistan, carefully packed to protect the bottle in transit.
Dispatch time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched from our Karachi warehouse within 24 hours (working days).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
- Karachi — 1 to 2 working days.
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi — 2 to 3 working days.
- Other cities (40+ cities across Pakistan) — 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 3,500.
- Orders below Rs. 3,500 — a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your city.
- Cash on Delivery available nationwide.
Packaging
Every bottle is bubble-wrapped and shipped in a protective outer box to minimise the risk of leakage or breakage in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number and courier link.
Failed deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you after 2 attempts, the order is returned to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
International shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. For bulk or overseas enquiries, please contact us directly.
